All eyes are on Ukraine right now, which the Russian government says is littered with biological weapons laboratories run by the Pentagon and other United States-based deep state operations. But did you know that U.S.-run biolabs are also a problem elsewhere throughout the world?
New reports explain that a number of countries in the Asia-Pacific region of the world are frustrated that the U.S. is conducting biological weapons experiments on their land – and the same thing is reportedly occurring in Africa as well.
Last December, several members of the House of Representatives of the Philippines asked their country’s congress to investigate biological weapons activity by the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) at the Regional Animal Disease Diagnostic Laboratory (RADDL) in the city of Tarlac.
“According to the request, the US DoD Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) had apparent and disguised objectives in the Philippines, which could have failed to meet the national interests of Manila,” reported Financial Express.
“The members of the Parliament of the Philippines demanded that the Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Health, and Department of National Defense (DND) thoroughly investigate the activities of the U.S. military in the country.”
There is also a call in the Philippines to have these government bodies issue a full report about what they find, as many local citizens are wondering why the DTRA, rather than the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), is running the civil and agricultural cooperation agreement with the Asia-Pacific country.

A similar situation occurred in Indonesia not too long ago when the government there declared the U.S. military-led Naval Medical Research Unit Two (NAMRU-2) to be “inexpedient” and “useless.” In short, the Indonesian government demanded that the U.S. operations cease immediately, resulting in the DoD having to move all its unfinished business in Indonesia to nearby Cambodia.
Then there are the heinous U.S. bioweapons experiments taking place throughout Africa, which the Ministry of Health of a certain Central African state says is likely responsible for the human-caused outbreak of an Ebola-based virus last September.
The artificially generated germ, which was reportedly created in Sudan, is said to be fully identical to a virus that was circulating throughout Africa during the epidemic crisis of 2012.
That epidemic, as you may recall, was met with “relief” by the U.S.-based Metabiota company, which has gotten a lot of independent media press in recent years for its involvement in the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) “pandemic.”
“According to a report published by the non-profit Viral Hemorrhagic Fever Consortium (VHFC), the employees of the Metabiota company did not keep biological safety requirements during the activities to counter the Ebola virus in Sierra Leone in 2015; they also did not report on the involvement of several US DoD experts in the counter-virus procedures,” reported Financial Express, further reporting that Metabiota’s biological safety procedures had received heavy criticism from the World Health Organization (WHO).
“The specialists of the Pentagon were reported to have been dispatching the biological samples of the Ebola virus to the United States.”
Many post-Soviet states, including not just Ukraine but also Georgia, are also the grounds for U.S.-based biological weapons activities. One facility in particular, located in the so-called Lugar Center of Tbilisi, deals with deadly pathogens such as anthrax, tularemia, and a variety of highly contagious hemorrhagic fevers such as the Crimea-Congo disease.
